Family Photos and Memorabilia
In the La Grange Archives

The Fayette Heritage Museum and Archives in La Grange, Texas is now the permanent new home of all photographs and historical data that previously has stayed in the custody of each family historian through the years. After careful searching archives especially in Austin, it was unanimously agreed on by the von Rosenberg Family of Texas members to house the artifacts right in La Grange where the majority of the von Rosenberg’s and Meerscheidt’s settled.

The Heritage Museum which is a part of the Fayette Public Library, has been very enthusiastic about adding this collection to their holdings. The Family’s hope is that not only are the items in a safe environment, but that the general public will take advantage of the expanded research it offers.
